Service Spotlight: Empathy in Action

Pennell Elementary School 4th grade students recently embraced the spirit of giving through The Giving Tree, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping those in need. As part of their service project with Meals on Wheels, students decorated bags, created heartfelt cards with words of encouragement, and packed essential items such as applesauce, oatmeal, crackers, fig bars, and tea.

Their kindness and empathy are making a real difference in the lives of others, proving that even small gestures can have a big impact. We are proud of our students for demonstrating the power of compassion and community service!
